Opened 7 Jul 2014

Results updated 28 Oct 2014

A public consultation was conducted on the draft sexual health strategy from 7 July to 27 July 2014, with both the full version and a summary version of the strategy available on the consultation website.

Overall the proposed commissioning priorities and outcomes were endorsed. No major issues were flagged up through the consultation, but there were some helpful comments and minor amendments were made to the sexual health strategy which is being presented to the Cabinet. The final strategy takes account of the main areas of comment and suggestions.  Feedback from the consultation will also be used to inform re-commissioning of services.

Overview

London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and Richmond Clinical Commissioning Group have jointly developed a draft Sexual Health Strategy and would like to hear from Richmond residents and local stakeholders on the strategy to find out what they think and understand their priorities and concerns.

It is expected that the consultation will highlight the practical experiences of current Sexual Health service delivery in Richmond and will tell us what is working, where challenges lie and how services can be improved for future planning.
