Richmond Council is reviewing Ham Parade. The east side of the parade has not been refurbished in recent times and there are existing concerns around the quality of the pedestrian environment, narrow pavements, and difficulty for those in wheelchairs to access the bus stop. The monthly closure of the slip road to host the market has shown the potential for an alternative use of the existing space.
We would like to refurbish the east side of Ham Parade to a more closely...More
The Council is keen to understand the views of residents about traffic and speed conditions in Riverside Drive and Dukes Avenue.
These roads have been highlighted as having unacceptable average speeds for a 20mph speed limit. In light of this, the Council requested Police speed enforcement, which has been carried out on a number of occasions. Unfortunately the Police recorded high levels of non-compliance. In order to address these concerns, the Council has...More
Wandsworth Council has an ambition to create healthy streets that are safe and easy to walk or cycle on. We have identified Totterdown Street (from Tooting High Street to Blakenham Road) as an area for significant improvement, and have developed some ideas on how this part of the street can be transformed for the community, at the same time boosting economic opportunities for the area.
We would like your feedback on these ideas, so you can tell us how you think this space could...More

Funding was made available in September 2022 to deliver the scheme. The initial proposals aim to extend the current time of operation of the northbound bus lane between Brookwood...More
