Hampton Draft Village Planning Guidance (Supplementary Planning Document)

Overview

London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (LBRuT) wants residents and businesses to help with improving the Hampton Village area. This includes helping to shape village planning guidance that the Council will consider when deciding on planning applications, both for new development and changes to existing buildings.

This is the formal stage of consultation when residents and businesses are being asked about their views on the character of their local area today and for the future, as set out in the Draft Village Planning Supplementary Planning Document (SPD). The final version of the SPD, taking account of consultation responses, is expected to be adopted in early 2017.

Please read through the draft SPD before completing the questionnaire. Consultation will run from Friday 9^th September and responses should be submitted by Friday 21^st October  2016 when the consultation closes.
