Proposed Public Realm Improvements and Introduction of Contra-Flow Cycle Measures

Overview

As part of Wandsworth Council’s Walking and Cycling Strategy, the Council is consulting on contraflow cycle infrastructure measures along a number of roads in the borough. The objective is to improve the layout on one-way streets by providing a more direct route for cyclists to join existing cycle networks. 

These measures will provide more space for cyclists, encourage a shift away from vehicles and towards more cycling, and improve cycling safety as part of Wandsworth Council’s wider cycling strategy. For full details on the measures being proposed, please select the relevant page in the survey.
