Nine Elms Business Pre ULEZ Survey

Overview

The area around Thessaly Road and Stewarts Road has received funding for a Business Low Emission Neighbourhood (BLEN). The BLEN provides an opportunity to reduce emissions associated with businesses in the area creating a healthier neighbourhood to live and work in.

In order to help businesses transition to emission free deliveries Wandsworth Council have provided funding for e-cargo bike trials for business in Tooting along with providing e-cargo bikes for business across the borough. To learn more about this please click here.

Across Nine Elms the Council are committed to work with businesses to enable them to reduce their impact on air quality whilst complying with the extended Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) requirements coming into force in October 2021.

The following survey aims to look at how air quality in the area can be improved by the reduction of vehicles and the switch from more polluting vehicles to emission free vehicles.
