Overview

Wandsworth's Local Offer provides information for children and young people aged 0 up to 25 years with special educational needs and/or disabilities and their families, living in Wandsworth.

This is your chance to give feedback about a service or activity. If you wish, your feedback can be anonymous, but this will mean we cannot contact you for further details or tell you directly what we are doing about your feedback.

Your feedback will be used to:

• Report to the provider of the service or activity and ask them to consider the issues raised.
• Develop a report giving details of feedback and actions taken in response, which will be published in our annual Local Offer report, avaliable on the Local Offer website.
