Overview
Richmond and Wandsworth Councils are looking to hear from parents about their views of childhood vaccinations. The views of our residents will help inform and improve the services delivered across both boroughs. You will be asked about Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) and depending on the age of your children you may also be asked about Human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine.
This survey will take you less than 10 minutes to complete. You will be entered into a raffle to win £50 Amazon or M&S gift voucher as a thank you for taking part.
Please note: if you have decided to not vaccinate your child or are unsure, at no point during the survey will you be asked or encouraged to have your child vaccinated.
