(a) No person shall drink alcohol (other than in premises licenced for the sale of alcohol or at a venue where a Temporary Event Notice is in place) after having been required to stop by an authorised person as a result of nuisance. (b) Users must hand over any alcohol when required to do so by an authorised person who believes that the first condition will be breached.
