Land Charges Survey

Overview

This was a survey of solicitors across the borough to gain a deeper understanding of this market and the key factors influencing it. The survey was run in conjunction with twelve other authorities across South London as a joint market research exercise.

What happens next

Five solicitor firms responded to the survey within LBRuT. The findings have been collated and were fed back to all solicitors within the borough.

What has happened as a result?

The responses will be considered and will help to develop aspects of customer service and wider issues for the local land charges service.
