Overview

The Council is exploring new and innovative ways to make it easier for you to access various services the council provides. In addition to asking you about our current service, we would like your views on a key initiative which will make it more convenient and straightforward for you to use a number of council services.

Expanding our secure online personal account

Currently, you can manage your council tax account online; we are looking to extend this so that you can manage other services in the same way. You would have access to a secure personalised online account via the Council's web pages; this would enable you to use other services ranging from registering to vote, paying your parking permit and obtaining status updates on service requests - all in one place.
