New Zone T4 Parking Consultation
Overview
Implementation of new controlled parking zone – Cambridge Road/Elmfield Avenue area (new Zone T4)
In March 2022 a Council decision was made to implement new controlled parking zones (CPZs) in Teddington. Preparations are now underway to bring these schemes into operation in the coming months.
One of the new zones will be implemented in the Cambridge Road/Elmfield Avenue area (new Zone T4) – see plan here. This scheme will operate Monday to Friday 10am to Noon.
Due to the submission of a petition from residents of Cambridge Crescent and a low level of support from Westminster Close, these roads have been excluded from the scheme. It has, however, been decided to re-consult the residents of these two roads, once again to see if they would wish to be included in the scheme.

The Council will consider the feedback received from each of these two roads and make a decision on whether one or both of them should be included in the new CPZ.
