Sports and Fitness Centre Survey

Thank you to all those who gave us their views during this engagement exercise. The feedback we received has been fully considered and you can read the results report here.

The following actions are now being taken:

Cleaning Review: We will review the existing cleaning specifications with our contractor.

Changing Rooms: We will review and repair lockers and investigate options to replace the coin locks with padlocks. At Pools on the Park the showers have been replaced in the changing village and the flooring in the shower area of the changing village and the ceiling tiles in the fitness changing rooms will be replaced.

Range and Quality of Gym and Studio Equipment: We will continue to review of the current gym/studio equipment for quality, age and repair and seek feedback from customers on additional equipment.

Studio/Group Exercise Facilities: The studio floor at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre has been replaced and there will be a review of the air conditioning.

Studio Classes: We will conduct a group exercise user survey at Pools on the Park, Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre and Shene Sports & Fitness Centre.
