Local Development Framework - Sustainability Appraisal

Overview

The draft Sustainability Appraisal Scoping report was consulted on between 11 July - 15 August 2005.

This report is the result of the first stage in the appraisal process and includes baseline information about the borough and identifies key environmental issues. From these, objectives and indicators have been produced. The objectives form part of the appraisal framework against which LDF documents will be assessed. The indicators will be used to monitor quality of life, the economy and the environment, for which data will be collected and presented annually.
