Hampton Parking Study Consultation
Results updated 2 Jul 2020
Thank you to all those who responded to the consultation.
All feedback and updates will be published on the Council website here.
Overview
We are seeking feedback from residents and businesses in this area on whether they would wish to see a Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) introduced and, if so, what days and hours it should operate.
If there is support to introduce a new CPZ in at least two adjoining roads in this area, the Council will consider developing firmer proposals. Details of the current parking charges were provided in the letter sent out to residents.
We are also reviewing the provision of parking (free short stay spaces) and waiting restrictions (yellow lines) near to the shops in Station Road and Ashley Road to see if these arrangements could be improved for the future such as providing more short stay parking, dedicated blue badge parking or provision for other groups.

All feedback will be considered along with relevant traffic management and other highway factors, prior to a decision being made on the way forward.
We will also be holding two drop-in sessions where residents are invited to attend and raise any questions with officers. These will be held in the lounge room at the Linden Community Centre, Linden Road, TW12 2JG on Wednesday 20th and Thursday 28th November from 4pm to 8pm.
Further information, including on how a CPZ works, is available on the Council’s website or by calling the Customer Service Centre on 020 8891 1411.
