Public Libraries User Survey 2015
Overview
Every three years the Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy (CIPFA) asks local authorities to conduct a survey of adult visitors to public libraries in their borough.
CIPFA publishes a report for each borough in order to measure and report on performance of public libraries across the country.
The results of the 2015 survey of Richmond borough libraries are summarised in the report below.
