Recycling Satisfaction Survey

Overview

The survey was carried out to find out how satisfied residents were with the Council's recycling service and was conducted by telephone between 1st and 15th September 2008. Fieldwork was conducted by Facts International. A representative sample was interviewed with quotas set by age, gender and work status. Data is weighted to the known profile of Richmond.
