Overview

This survey was carried out with Day Care Centre users and their carers to assess how satisfied they are with the service provided and where improvements, if any, need to be made.  A hard copy of the survey was distributed to users and carers. 

What happens next

98% of service users stated that they were satisfied with the service. The results were fed back to those who took part and used to drive improvements in the service.
