Youth Question Time
Results updated 30 Jan 2015
Thanks to all those who came to this very successful event - there were approximately 45 secondary school children there on the day. The children were keen to ask questions and demonstrated that they were aware of current issues the Council is dealing with – in particular housing.
Outcome: Children had the chance to make their voice heard and question key figures including the Leader of the Council on their concerns. Additionally, members of the panel were really impressed with the enthusiasm/quality of questions and have discussed (particularly the youth parliament representatives) that they would wish to repeat this type of event again on a more frequent basis.
