Help Us Understand Dementia Awareness

Public Health Richmond are looking to better understand awareness of the symptoms and risk factors of dementia, as well as any barriers to seeking help. 

We are inviting residents of Richmond to share their level of understanding and awareness, as the information gathered will help build a clearer picture of local needs. It will be used to further develop the Council's dementia prevention work plan: making recommendations and improve support and services. Your input is important - thank you for taking part.
