Closed 26 Nov 2023

Opened 23 Oct 2023

Overview

Richmond and Wandsworth Councils are looking to hear from people aged 16-18 about their opinions of and decisions about the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine. These views are important as they will help provide tailored advice and improve the services delivered across both boroughs, so that they meet the needs of teenagers and young people.

This survey will take you less than 10 minutes to complete and you will be entered into a raffle to win £10 Amazon gift voucher as a thank you for taking part.

This survey will ask you about

  • Your age
  • The borough where you live
  • If you have heard of the HPV vaccine before
  • If you have received a dose of the HPV vaccine
  • The reasons why you did or did not get vaccinated
  • Who you discussed receiving the vaccine with
  • How you would like to receive information about the vaccine

To be eligible to participate in this survey you need to be aged 16-18 years old at the time of completing this survey
and either:

  • resident in Richmond or Wandsworth

or
