Checking in and next steps: COVID-19 survey for parents and carers of children with SEND

Overview

We are keen to hear from parents and carers of children and young people with SEND about how their families are, and whether there is anything we can do to help now, and over the coming months, as we move out of lockdown and start returning to the things we used to do.

We would be grateful if you could take some time to complete this brief survey to help us plan to meet the changing needs of our families with SEND.

For families with more than one child with SEND, please complete separate surveys. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes and will be open until 20th July 2020.
