  on plans that aim to protect the character of Whitton and Heathfield\
 , that will become integrated into the local Village Plans. \n\nFollow
 ing the statutory consultation period\, we are launching the plan.\n\n
 The plans are available online at: www.richmond.gov.uk/village_plans \
 n\nThe event will be held at Whitton Youth Zone Britannia Lane\, off W
 hitton High Street)and will last for approximately 1 hour. There will 
 be an opportunity to hear about the plans from Cllr Fleming and office
