DESCRIPTION:Over the past six months Richmond Council has been working
  on plans that aim to protect the character of Kew\, that will become 
 integrated into the local Village Plans. \n\nFollowing the statutory c
 onsultation period\, we are launching the plan.\n \nThe plans are avai
 lable online at: www.richmond.gov.uk/village_plans \n\nThe event will 
 be held at St. Winefride’s Church Hall and will last for approximate
 ly 1 hour. There will be an opportunity to hear about the plans from C
