Overview

Over the past few months, Richmond Council has been engaging with residents and businesses in Twickenham in order to gather the creative ideas of all those who wish to see a new heart for the area. Three proposals are now on display at an exhibition in a “pop-up shop” on Church Street and can be viewed here and residents are invited to have their say.

The first two proposals have been developed as a direct result of what we heard in the most recent consultation period. The final proposal is a re-worked version of the November 2015 design, following the initial period of consultation at the end of last year.

Have your say

The Council would like your views on these three proposals. Please read through the consultation document before completing the survey. Hardcopies of the consultation material and questionnaire are available at the temporary exhibition on Church Street, Twickenham.

The closing date for the survey is Friday 16 December 2016.

Your views will help inform which proposal will be taken forward. The next stage, in early 2017, will be to further develop the chosen concept, creating more detailed designs in tandem with the technical assessments needed for a planning application. These designs will then be subject to further consultation, before a Planning Application is submitted.
